Detroit – City in Ruins
It was just a matter of time before this once beautiful city fell to ruin. It’s a shame of course and what a waste. If you can find a map of state migration, you will likely notice a trend where people have been leaving Democratic managed states and heading to those managed by Republicans. In Canada, it would be like people leaving Liberal Ontario for Alberta or the East Coast. It isn’t exactly the same because Ontario still has a huge manufacturing base but the idea is still there. So, New York and California both have migratory patterns away to other states and we also see increased taxation policies in place that will continue the downward spiral in those states. In fact, many cities within California are close to bankruptcy as well and Detroit might be just the first among many cities to fall.
